Danfoss GBCT shut-off ball valves are intended for use in high-pressure transcritical CO₂ systems. The valve’s design and materials have been specifically selected and tested for use with R744 refrigerant. The GBCT series covers a wide range of shut-off valve sizes from ¼" to 2 1/8" inlet connection diameter, operating in a temperature range from –40°C to +149°C. An optimized internal sealing system allows for bi-directional flow under high differential pressure. The maximum working pressure for this series of shut-off ball valves is 140 bar.
