Danfoss GBC ball valves are bi-directional shut-off valves with manual control for two-way refrigerant flow. They are intended to use in liquid, suction and hot gas lines in refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems. Shut-off ball valves can be equipped with an additional measuring fitting. The valves have one-piece wire seal cap to prevent unintentional cap removal or tampering between services.
Valves are adapted for work with R134A, R22/R407C, R404A/R507, R407A, R407F, R448A, R449A, R450A, R452A, R513A, R1234ze (GBC 6s - 32 GBC R454B, R452B, R290). Danfoss GBC provides full flow with minimal pressure drop. Features include: ball status indicator on spindle top, laserwelded construction, burst-proof spindle design, and holes for panel mounting. Burst proof spindle design prevents liquid from being trapped internally. Models with external access port help to recuse costs when system maintenance is required.
