A range of controllers Danfoss EKE 400 designed to manage evaporators in industrial refrigeration systems. The controllers provide comprehensive management of the evaporator, optimizing both cooling and defrosting modes. Using in ammonia systems, CO2 systems and systems operating on refrigerants from the HFC/HCFC groups, they reduce the installation time of the automation system, reduce costs and improve equipment safety and efficiency.
Controllers Danfoss EKE 400 are used to manage the defrosting of flooded and pressurized evaporators. They allow various defrosting methods, including hot gas defrosting (with pressure control or condensate drain control), electric defrosting and liquid defrosting. The easy-to-use wizard allows to quickly enter key set-ups and start the system, this ensure reliable refrigeration and defrosting.
Controller EKE 400 is equipped with an ability of data transfer in compliance with MODBUS protocol, it allows to integrate the controller with a centralized control system. Several EKE 400 controllers can be connected together to share signals via inbuilt CANBUS (coordination of defrost, transfer of temperature signal, ect.).
