Alfa LU-VE Optigo SFMC air coolers

The range of Alfa LU-VE Optigo SFMC commercial air coolers with one-way air discharge, designed for applications in small and medium-sized cooling rooms, freezers and processing rooms. Cubic coolers with nominal capacity range from 1,34 to 25,50 kW (SC2), adapted to work with refrigerants from the A1 and A2L groups. They are equipped with energy-saving EC fans with a diameter of 275, 315 and 350 mm. Maximum operating pressure – 24 bar. High performance parameters, compliant with European and international standards, are confirmed by the Eurovent certification.

Optigo SFMC Air Coolers Equipment:

  • High-efficiency heat exchanger block, manufactured from internally grooved copper tubes with enhanced fin geometry to improve heat transfer coefficient and overall performance — even under frosted conditions
  • Robust casing made of galvanized steel, powder-coated in RAL 9003, designed for easy disassembly and opening for cleaning and maintenance
  • Optigo SF31MC and SF35MC models feature hinged side panels and integrated drip trays for improved serviceability
  • Air is drawn through the coil block by axial fans, with external rotor motors used in Optigo SF31A and SF35MC models
  • Each coil undergoes a leak test using dry air and is delivered pre-charged with dry air to ensure integrity and readiness for installation

  • Optimized air distribution across the coil surface, resulting in improved heat exchange efficiency
  • Extended air throw
  • Frost accumulation visible on the air inlet side
