The units equipped with high-efficiency DC Twin rotary compressors (SEER/SCOP up to 8.00/4.50), provide low vibration level and quiet operation of the device. The ability to build pipework up to 10 m long and maximum heigh difference between indoor and outdoor units – up to 50 m ensures flexibility in designing of the installation. Mitsubishi FDC VSX-W series refrigeration units are compatible with PAC type indoor blocks for cooling or heating large offices, commercial or hotel facilities.
The maximum heating capacity has been increased due to the optimization of the refrigerant with an electronic expansion valve and the use of a new rotary compressor. Hyper Inverter outdoor units reach the set temperature very quickly, maintaining the nominal heating capacity for outdoor temperatures down to -8 °C. Due to this they can be used in areas with low external temperatures. The use of the new vector control provided increased efficiency and a number of advanced functions:
Increased flexibility of the installation was achieved due to the length of the pipelines up to 100 m and the difference in levels between the outdoor unit above the indoor unit - up to 50 m. The units are normally filled with a refrigerant for a 30 m pipeline. This eliminates the need for topping up the installation and enables simple and quick commissioning
FDC VNX-W outdoor units are equipped with a new, innovative M-shaped heat exchanger ensuring high heat transfer ratio with low airflow resistance through the exchanger. Due to the protection of the exchanger fins, the corrosion resistance increases significantly (blue fins). Connecting the outdoor unit to a PC enables monitoring of the system operation status (MentePC software).
Due to the advanced technologies used in the design of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners, expanded operating temperature range in cooling mode: -15°C to +50°C, and in heating mode: -20°C to + 20°C
