We are offer Thermofin industrial dry cooler with a single V-shaped block fin tube, for use in refrigeration, air conditioning systems and for cooling liquids in various technological processes. The offer includes versions with vertical exhaust in the nominal capacity range from 50.8 to 577.8 kW. The V-shaped block fin tube ensures high efficiency, optimizes the airflow and the use of storage space. Dry coolers, resistant to weather conditions and UV rays, available in various versions, enable flexible selection of the unit.
TDW series is equipped with axial fans from 2 to 9 pcs, with a diameter of 910 mm, with maintenance-free external motors with F insulation class. Motors thermally protected on the winding. Working range from -30°C to 60°C. The noise level, which is crucial for outdoor installation under certain environmental conditions, is particularly low due to the latest generation of fans with two speeds. Optional equipment with fans wired ready for connection in a terminal box.
The standard galvanized, RAL 7035 steel powder-coated housing makes up a durable, self-supporting structure.
Block fin tube made of copper tubes with a diameter of 12 mm. Aluminum fins with spacing: 2.0; 2.2; 2.4; 3.0 mm. Optional: fins made of aluminum coated housing with epoxy resin. Exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation.

TCS (Thermofin® Control System) is an intelligent controller designed for contemporary fan drives and used to monitor, control and collect data of evaporators, dry coolers, air coolers and condensers. It has many useful software features and a very compact design. It is characterized by a compact design and many useful program software features for the optimal working conditions. By quickly responding to changing environmental conditions, maximum efficiency is achieved.
The new version (2nd generation) of this system has been updated both technically and visually. Important innovations include the new 4.3" color sensor display, contemporary communication interfaces such as Bacnet IP, Modbus TCP and Profinet IRT, Ethernet interface, TAM (Thermofin® Adiabatic Management - function module for panel), web display connection and extended error protocol.
