We are pleased to offer a series of Danfoss DMT hermetic filter-driers designed for liquid pipelines in CO2 transcritical systems. Filters, equipped with a cartridge made of 100% molecular sieves, protect the systems against moisture, acids and solid particles. By eliminating these particles from the refrigerant, the system is protected against undesirable chemical reactions and contamination. Danfoss DMT filter-driers are designed for applications that require the highest drainage capacity and the lowest possible leakage rate. Available with flare and solder connections (copper-plated steel). The maximum operating pressure is 140 bar.
DMT filters provide high dewatering capacity, minimizing the risk of acid formation (hydrolysis), no impact on oil admixtures and the lowest possible leakage rate. They are equipped with an anti-corrosive powder coating (a special coating for marine applications is available on request). The filter can be installed in any orientation as long as the arrow points in the direction of flow. Danfoss filter-driers available in sizes from 8 to 13 cubic inches, thermally stable up to 120 ° C, delivered without residual moisture.
The 25 μm (0.001 in) filter provides high levels of dirt containment with minimal pressure drop.
