A series of ELIMINATOR® filter-driers with a replaceable solid cartridge, protecting cooling, freezing and air-conditioning systems against moisture, acids and solid particles. Danfoss DCR filters have a replaceable cartridge and are used in liquid lines or suction refrigeration systems. Available in both the high-pressure version for installation with R410A refrigerant and in the standard version for operation with fluorinated refrigerants.
Danfoss DCR filter-driers are characterized by highly effective contamination retention in the suction and liquid lines. They can be used in all environments, the jacket has a zinc-phosphate coating and an anti-corrosive powder coating, tested for 500 hours in a salt spray chamber. The cartridge holder requires minimal clearance to remove the cartridge for replacement. To facilitate the use of the filter-drier, the lid is designed to stay in place when installing the cartridges, lid and hull. The DCR filter can be mounted in any position.
