A variety of Thermofin commercial air coolers TODZ with a double block fin tube and two-way air discharge. Flat evaporators, adapted to work with CO2 refrigerant, in the nominal capacity range from 4.4 to 31.3 kW, equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 350 mm. Airflow ranges from 1,594 to 11,448 m3/h.
Casing. Standard housing is made of aluminum with RAL 9010 powder coated.
Block fin tube. Internally corrugated copper tubing with diameter of 12 mm. Slats made of aluminium 4 or 7 mm spacing. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TODZ air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 350 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, F insulation class. Motors thermally protected on the winding. Working range from -30 °C to 75 °C. The fans force the air through the block fin tube on two sides.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. It has a polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection.
