We are pleased to offer a variety of Thermofin glycol air coolers for use in supermarkets, gastronomy and trade. High-performance cubic coolers are equipped with axial fans from 1 to 4 pcs, with diameter of 200 to 630 mm. They provide high-quality cooling in the nominal capacity range from 0.9 to 61.2 kW. Airflow is from 701 to 45 667 m3/h.
Case. Standard housing made of aluminum or galvanized steel with food-safe powder coating of RAL 9010 color makes up a robust, self-supporting structure.
Block fin tube. Copper tubes with diameter of 12 mm. Fins made of aluminium, spacing 4 mm or 7 mm. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right. Exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere to prevent oxidation. TGB air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminum fins on special request.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with 200 to 630 mm diameter, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP54 protection class, F insulation class. Motors equipped with thermal protection on the winding.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminum and RAL 9010 powder coated housing. They have a polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection. The trays are tilted for easy cleaning.
