We gladly offer a range of Thermofin TFN air coolers optimized for deep, shock freezing. Floor-standing coolers, designed for floor mounting, equipped with axial fans with diameter of 500 or 630 mm, which force or draw air from the block fin tube. Nominal capacity ranges from 23.3 to 229.6 kW. Coolers provide high freezing capacity for all ranges of products, and are used where a rapid drop in temperature is required. Airflow ranges from 16 948 to 112 046 m3/h.
TFN Thermofin air coolers are equipped with a standard RAL9010 powder coated galvanized steel casing, which is a solid self-supporting structure. Double insulated trays designed for low-temperature cold rooms, fan band heaters, lowered defrosting shutters (with or without motor), shut-up and variable fin spacing are available for this series of coolers.
Fins made of pure aluminium with a rib spacing 7.0; 10.0 or 12 mm. There is a possibility of special versions on request, with a variable spacing, e.g. 20/10 mm, 24/12 mm, 28/14/7 mm, 40/20/10 mm. The variable spacing of the fins ensures longer operation time of the device - greater throughput of tunnels, extension of the time between successive defrosting cycles and energy savings. It is mainly used in cold rooms, freezing tunnels (Heinen). Block fin tubes are defrosted with hot gas or brine.
