A series of Thermofin commercial air coolers is used in cold rooms of supermarkets, gastronomy and trade, as well as for deep freezing. The evaporators, equipped with axial fans with diameter from 200 to 630 mm, force the air through the block fin tube. TEB cubic coolers provide high-quality cooling in the nominal capacity range from 1.0 to 108.0 kW. Airflow is from 726 to 45 932 m3/h.
Casing. Standard body made of galvanized steel with RAL 9010 powder coated housing that is durable and has a self-supporting structure.
Block fin tubes. Internally corrugated copper tubing with diameter of 12 mm. Slats made of aluminium, spacing 4 or 7 mm. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TEB air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter of 200 to 630 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP 54 protection class and F insulation class. Working range is from -30 °C to 65 °C. Motors equipped with thermal protection on the winding. Exhaust is carried out in the direction of the airflow.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box is carried out in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. They have polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection. The trays are tilted for easy cleaning.
