We offer a variety of Thermofin industrial air coolers with one-way blow, optimized for use in the storage of fruit and vegetables. Ceiling coolers adapted to work with the natural refrigerant R717 (NH3). They are standard equipped with pressure fans supporting the "Coanda effect". The advantage of this series of devices is that the lamella geometry is optimized for this type of use. In addition, the very low degree of drying out of the stored products is due to the large heat transfer area and the small difference between the inlet temperature and the evaporation temperature. Thermofin fruit and vegetable coolers have a capacity range from 6.6 to 145.4 kW, and are equipped with axial fans of 400-630 mm diameter.

The standard hull is made of aluminium or galvanized sheet steel and is coated with a food-safe RAL9010 powder coating. TANA coolers can be equipped with double insulated, hinged AlMg3 drip trays. Installation of the polyamide condensate drain is also available. Lamellas are made of pure aluminium with a pitch of 7.0 mm. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere.
